Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from our facility in Palawan through LBC, our partner courier. Estimated delivery timeframe for Manila area is  2-3 working days (Sunday not included). Estimated delivery timeframe for Provincial area is 3-7 working days (Sunday not included). A confirmation text will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out. Please note that we can only estimate and not guarantee the exact day and time of delivery to your location. .

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at icartusales@gmail.com noting your order number and details. You may also message us thru fn messanger. We’ll see what can be done.

RETURNS

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be returned to us 3 days after the product has been received. You must notify us immediately after noticing the damaged items thru email with photos as proof attached to your message.

REFUNDS(IF APPLICABLE)

Customer satisfaction is our best policy. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased from us, you can inform us through our contact numbers for us to provide you with the details on the refund policy. Once your refund is approved, we will notify you through text, chat or email for the details of the refund. 

SHIPPING BACK TO OUR FACILITY.

Our products comes with the return shipping address attached to it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly suggests that you make an actual declaration of the item cost to the courier for shipping insurance purposes you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we can only refund or exchange once we have validated your claims.
